Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the order status and service details. Eligible order refunds are credited to your wallet only.

Order refunds

If an order fails or is canceled, any eligible undelivered amount is returned to your wallet. For partial delivery, a refund may apply only to the eligible undelivered amount.
Wallet top-ups are not refunded as cash and cannot be withdrawn to a bank or payment account.

Refills and drops

Drops can happen, and results are not guaranteed to last. Refill is available only when the service description states a refill period.
Check the service description for refill limits and eligibility. Refill is not available for every order.

Incorrect links and support

Orders placed with an incorrect, private, changed, or inaccessible link are not eligible for a refund. Check your link and account visibility before ordering.
If you need help, open a support ticket and include the order ID. Top-up reviews may take some time.
